Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order will likely be in processing, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We're confident in the effectiveness of our products, and we recommend you use them for at least 14 days to see the full results. If you're still not satisfied, you can return your purchase within 60 days for a full refund. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items We take great care in packaging our products, but in rare cases, items may arrive damaged. We define a damaged item as one that is defective or physically broken. If the product's packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, it is not considered damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. You can report the issue by emailing us at contactimorra@gmail.com, along with a clear photo of the damage. We will review your request and determine if you’re eligible for a replacement at no extra cost. Please note that we cannot refund, replace, or accept returns for items that are damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ensure your order reaches you promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as issues with the courier, customs, or other shipping challenges. If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If you notice any mistakes in your address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, if we are not notified in time, we cannot resend or refund your order.
