Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and dispatch it. Your order is considered dispatched when it’s handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen delivery address. During peak times or holidays, processing times may be extended up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time refers to the overall transit time once your order is dispatched to the carrier. This timeframe may vary based on several factors, with your location being the primary factor. Below are our estimated shipping times based on your country of residence:

- 🇦🇺 Australia, New Zealand: 10-21 business days
- 🇲🇽 Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 business days
Note: These are estimated delivery times in business days and do not include our 2-5 day processing time.
Please be aware that during peak times or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays, and tracking updates may not be as frequent. Additionally, if your order is being shipped internationally, customs processes may introduce unexpected delays, which could extend the overall delivery timeframe.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It’s your responsibility to ensure that the shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Any errors or missing information could lead to delayed processing or even order cancellation. If we detect any issues with your address, our customer support team will contact you via email within 3 business days of placing your order. If we don’t receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We know it’s frustrating to deal with lost or stolen packages. Once we hand over your package to our courier partners, it’s out of our hands. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us at contactimorra@gmail.com, and we will assist you in any way we can.
For lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the courier company directly to file a claim. Most courier services have claims processes for these situations and will require additional information from you. We will also reach out to the courier company on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.
Please note that Imorra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit, and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, if the package is lost and cannot be found or delivered, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
If the courier is unable to locate the package, we suggest filing a police report to aid in further investigation.
